Privacy

We take privacy seriously at Colectiv. Because different people interact with us in different ways, this page explains how we handle data in two simple categories: people taking part in interviews, and people visiting our website or contacting us.

If you're taking part in a Colectiv interview

When you complete a Colectiv interview, whether online or through WhatsApp, your responses are fully anonymised, and we never ask for your name, email, phone number or anything that could identify you. We design our system so that nothing you say can be linked back to you.

You can find more details on how your data is stored and used when completing a web-based interview here or a WhatsApp-based interview here.

If you visit our website or contact us

Website visits

When you browse our website, we don't track you and we don't use web analytics. Nothing on our site is designed to identify you or follow what you do online.

Contacting us or working with us

If you get in touch with us, or your organisation works with Colectiv, we may hold basic contact details such as your name, email address and any messages you send us. We use this information only for communicating with you or delivering our services, and we keep it securely.

Third-party links

Our website may include links, or embedded content from, third-party websites or services, which have their own privacy policies.

For full details on how we handle personal data, you can read our privacy policy here.
